Craniosacral therapy, embodiment coaching, meditation guidance, movement repatterning, somatic vocal work, sacred sound healing and connecting you with other resources are some of the ways in which I offer support. I hold special interests in the bodymindspirit, how trauma shapes us, and how we can move towards living more honestly and fully. Deep listening and intuition direct my work at a gentle, heart centered pace.
This life can be rich with complicated circumstances, expansions and contractions, turbulent waters. The lack of learned skills necessary to meet, digest, and move along our path leaves us unable to be in healthy relationship- with ourselves, with others, and with our planet. This sacred re-education is an ongoing and organic unfolding, unique to each individual.
